Contracts are an integral and unavoidable aspect of the business of medicine. Legally binding and often complex, good contracts can support provider and practice success, while poorly drafted contracts often create unwelcome problems and distract from patient care. This program will offer contracting tips and best practices across a range of contracting topics, including provider employment, practice operations, payor contracting, partnership agreements, and buy-sell transactions.
